SMATDB HL7 smartsearch – repeating fields

Using SmatDB and HL7 smart search – is there a way to use it with repeating fields?  It appears when you search a field it only searches the first repetition of that field.  For example, I have MFN messages where PRA.6 is repeating.  If I only want to search for the Taxonomy codes in PRA.6, if I do PRA.6.2=Taxonomy, it only shows me messages if the first iteration of PRA.6 is a taxonomy code, not if the taxonomy code is later in the repeating list.

Also, is there an operator such as ‘like’ or ‘contains’ that will search for substring within a field?
