I am doing this one step at time. All I am trying to do right now is read in a flat file from a different server and move it to a different folder on that server. It is not working.
I am using 6.0.0 and if I put in an IP Address which points to a platform where I know there is no FTP Server I get ‘error’ in the thread status and an Error Msg: in the thread status display indicating FTP Operation failed: Couldn’t resolve host (with the IP address I provided displayed).
What release of Cloverleaf?
Are you saying when you use an IP Address you know does not have a FTP Server running you get what in the Thread Status, etc.?

If you want to see more information in the log regarding the FTP connection, set the Curl Options Tab to CURLOPT_VERBOSE and 1. That might give you some insight as to what is happening when you try to connect.
