Xlate "seeing" wrong format.

My xlate thinks the format is a frl instead of a vrl. I have re-configured and it still won’t run through the testing tool.

The error message is:

[0:TEST] Record definition load failed: FRL config file does not exist in neither site nor master site

[0:TEST] FrioLoadData() failed: FRL config file does not exist in neither site nor master site

[0:TEST] unable to load FRL definition ‘834flatfullfile.vrl’

[0:TEST] Can’t get record definition for ‘fr 834flatfullfile.vrl’.

[0:TEST] Unable to compile XLT ‘834xlatevrlFULLfile_withHeaders.xlt’.

I have attached the xlate and vrl.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
