How to create separate SMAT messages based in IB thread

The setup is thus – two or three inbound threads all sending to one outbound thread. The SMAT file from the outbound thread has translated messages from the two or three inbound threads. How can I separate the messages in the OB SMAT file into the two or three files of the translated messages? In other words, I need to create a file of the translated messages for each of the two or three threads.

  One way is to create additional outbound threads (can be file to dev/null) and route to those threads as well as the combined thread in the route Destination List. Have SMAT turned on for those additional threads and now you have separate and combined SMAT.
  
  Another way involves command line processing of the combined SMAT and some qualifying data in the actual message to identify the original source or perhaps using the imbedded Metadata in the SMAT if the data is there.
