Webservices Error

We send HL7 immunization data to a state registry via web services configured in our cloverleaf engine.  After a downtime consisting of network changes and changing LPARS the messages sent via this thread created an error message of the following “Disallowed Gateway Routing”.  Attached is the entry from the log file.  I was able to reconfigure the thread and message started flowing again without errors.  Just a note:  we also use webservices for a few other interfaces, but those did not seem to have any issues.
