I am receiving an MDM document, when it comes in the message does not gets truncated, but when it goes out, I have the message go via an xlate, but once it goes out it truncates the some pages depending how big the document is. If document is not that big it process the document correctly(not truncating) but if document is too large the OBX segment gets truncated. Please assist. Thanks!

I am assuming an OBX field and not the nmber of OBX segments is the truncation issue (probably OBX-5).
Just set the field length in the variant to unlimited (-1).
Dependiing on what release of Cloverleaf you are using you may or may not be able to do that via the HL/7 confiigurator.
To be sure you can channge the field length to whatever and that will create an entry in the Fields file of the variiant. Then using your favorite editor edit the Fields file and that field changing the length to -1. Now don’t touch that field via the GUI.
Once done the resultant field will have no logical limit.
