      Has anyone sent Tiger Text messages using Cloverleaf?

      The idea is to send a Tiger Text to a patient’s PCP when they are admitted.

          I haven’t used Tiger Text, but most texting services have an email portal.  We send most of our alerts via email to pagers.

            If you are sending the text to a cell phone just send an email alert like Mark said.  Here is the email to text address.

              Be careful about sending PHI via text message.

                Tiger Text has an API hook. you can send to an email address but via the hook.  The tiger text app is specifically designed for sending PHI securely.
