      Hello Fellow Clovertechers –

      I’m attempting to setup email alerting through the CSC, and I’ve confirmed that my SMTP setup is correct. However, I can’t get the alerts to fire via email. I’m using the built in TCL proc (attached) for alerting that come with CSC 6.0. The particular alert I’m testing with now is configured as attached (image). I know the alert is firing because it’s appending the following alert text to the associated courier LAST_ALERT.dat log file.

      Tue May 03 11:27:24 CDT 2016 : 0002002 : 7430 : MAILBOX : There are 155 messages in queue C:/cloverleaf/cis6.0/integrator/csc_server/csc/7430/out/ not transferred

      However, despite that, it doesn’t want to email it out as configured. Is there a trick to it that I’m missing?

          That looks correct to me. You can test your email server under the Options/Site Options/Alert Configuration/Email Action Options.
