SMAT – when in SMAT new messages not go to the SMAT file

If you are in SMAT for a trhead while in SMAT any new messages do not write to SMAT. Anyone else having the issue and is there a resolution. We are on IE 6.0 running on a LINUX platform.[/b]

  i had the same issue installing 6.0.1 on Linux and this is what i was told by support (mckesson support). I find this to be a pain just to view a message so i don’t do it.
  
  “Basically, I advise customers to have the thread shut down when viewing SMAT, or make a copy of the SMAT files (.idx and .msg) first and use the tool with the copied file.”
