I am pretty sure it is but I just need to verify that Cloverleaf 6.1 is ICD-10 compliant.  Thanks

Has nothing to do with Cloverleaf and all to do with HL/7 and the trading partners.

If everyone follows the standard fairly closely then it is just transformation.

Thanks Jim,  but my concern is with the element lengths in the HL7 variants in Cloverleaf, For example , in version 2.3 format, segment PR1.2 has a length of two,  that would need to be modified to 3 for ICD 10.  I was wondering if other formats were the same.  I have many variants and was hoping to not have to modify all of them but it looks like i will.

PR1-2 and PR1-4 are in 2.3 for backward compatibility and should not be used for ICD-10.

Instead the proper component(s) of PR1-3 should be used.
