This is going to be the usual ‘Cloverleaf is guilty until proven innocent’ rant.
We have multiple connections to Allscripts ISS and they are working fine.
Recently, a new connection from Cloverleaf sending messages to Allscripts elink keep experiencing issues.
Whenever there’s a slightly longer lapse of time of messages coming from the source system, elink seems to shut the connection although the Cloverleaf thread remained ‘UP’.
The network portion have been checked and is not the culprit.
Have anyone experienced this with Allscripts elink? And how was it resolved (on elink’e end)?
