Thread turning off turns whole process off

      We are having issues that when we restart a thread the whole process that thread is in goes down and takes all other threads with it. Is this a setting somewhere? i have never seen this.  We are on 6.0.1. We also noticed that if we stop the vendor side to where we are disconnected to the thread, the whole process still goes down. Any ideas?

          Is the associated process panicking?  You may have an issue with some proc or configuration on that thread.

            No panics. No errors. It acts as if the process was right clicked and turned off. Will start quickly one restarted, no delay.  It does seem specific to one site that i have noticed and it is different threads in different processes. This is the site that contains all our embedded pdf feeds that are large so i am not sure if that has anything to do with it or not.

              Strange.  Do you have any alerts configured that might be executing a shutdown of the process if a particulart thread goes down?  Probably not, but…  Does the process log show the shutdown command being issued?

                This is a case where you should turn on engine output (Enable All) and reproduce the conditions causing the process to stop. If it’s not a panic, the EO will point you in the right direction.

                    Our previous version of CL would do that if there were messages in State 14 in the process when I went to restart it.
