      We have recently upgraded from 5.8.4 to 6.0.2 and noticed something odd. In the Alert tool with our exec commands, we use the %V substitution to show users in the alert email how many messages are pending. For example, before the upgrade:

      Banner: OneSource interface is behind – Alert #2 – Site: site_delivery1, Conn Name/Msgs pending: {to_onesource_hl7 584}

      now we get this:

      Cloverleaf: Wound Expert ADTs are behind – Alert #0 – Site: site_adt_ob1, Conn Name/Msgs pending: {to_woundexpert_adt n/a}

      According to the Help, n/a is returned when the value is not available.

      If anyone has seen this behavior or knows how to get around it, please let me know.

      Thanks,

      Mark Zebehazy
