I was wondering if anyone can assist me with this. We have been receiving these Protocol alerts since users started utilizing the thread. (Cerner Lab/Rad Results to Cloverleaf):
Thread protocol status of th_Cerner_R_K_in has been opening for 1800 seconds
If we restart it on the Cerner side, the cloverleaf side will say it is down and if we restart it on the Cloverleaf side then the Cerner side is down. Only way around it is that we have to make sure the Cloverleaf side is up and then restart the Cerner side. Any suggestions would be helpful
