Hi guys, I am getting the attached file as an error when trying to access our production issue. Could someone give some more information for the same. How to solve the error and how to prevent getting this error.
Looks like the ‘hostserver’ is not running on this server, or has a problem. This happens once in a while, I never bothered to check what the problem is, just bounce the hostserver. Stop the hostserver with:
Code:
hciss -k h
Then start the hostserver:
Code:
hciss -s h
You can check the status of the hostserver with:
Code:
hciss
Zuyderland Medisch Centrum; Heerlen/Sittard; The Netherlands
You may want to dig deeper and examine the server logs too.
Depending on your OS platform, the hostserver may not be stable with your current release of Cloverleaf Integrator.
We had that happen when running an AIX level and engine release where the OS was the problem. In our case we needed to up the patch level of our UNIX AIX to stablize the hostserver.
INFOR support can guide you on how to set debug mode on the hostserver to trap valuable information.
Check your release notes for your version of Cloverleaf Integrator and see if the OS you are running on is certified for your release.
Good luck, and good hunting!
