I’m scrambling trying to figure out how to get our immunizations to the state for Stage 2 Attestation (beginning April 1st!)  I am just now finding out that I need the security add on module to do it via HTTPS.

(I didn’t set the date and when I asked for the security module a few years ago, we didn’t have a need for it and it was cut from the budget.)

Until I can get the module, does anyone have any perl, curl, tcl, or java (really desperate if I’m asking for Java!) scripts that I can “borrow” for the interim?

Thanks again for any and all replies!

Our state gave us a piece of software called HL7 Bridge that turns a tcp connection into an https web connection.

Maybe they have the same thing available.

We had to spin up a Windows Workstation to run the thing on but it has been pretty reliable.

We don’t have experience with http interfaces here so that was the solution.

New York provides a web based solution called UPHN Lite I believe was written by the CDC.

For the State of Oregon, we’re using the Cloverleaf CAA-WS module.  Setup a web client in a site on our engine that sends an hl7 immunization message in a soap wrapper.
