remove process/groups in list pane

In our new 6.0 environment the list pane in the netmonitor is showing extra stuff. It shows every process and groups and in some sites it gets pretty long. We dont want these their as we create our own for what we need but how do we get rid of these? When you right click  the Edit and Delete are greyed out so it seems like we are stuck with them. It’s not a deal breaker but just annoying. Anyone know how to get rid of them?
