TCL For Web Services

I downloaded and successfully installed the tclws library in $HCIROOT/tcl/lib.  All looks well except I am getting missing package calls for dict and tdom packages.

Running Cloverleaf 5.8.5 on AIX 6.1.

There is no C compiler on this box, so I cannot take the standard downloads from TCL websites to get dict (for 8.4) or tDOM 0.8.3 installs to complete.

Is it possible just to get already compiled code for these packages and put them in the proper place, or do I need to run through the whole install from including C compile?

Follow up question would be anyone use configure command in UNIX and know how to set all those flags so this works??
