http-client protocol in 6.0

Just for a note for anyone using http-client and migrating to 6.0.

we currently have several threads using the http-client protocol which are set to “Outbound Only” in 5.8, however in 6.0 there appears to be an issue where the engine recieves the OVER message before setting the wait for reply state (see log extract below).

  Cloverleaf had a leak when processing the obtained http response message in httpclient protocol, and it was fixed in 6.0 by AR7839.

  Thankyou for the information.
  
  Still doesn’t make sense to me as it does not recieve any unsolicited messages and the outbound reply works when it is unchecked.
  
  Its good to hear the memory leak is fixed though. We have been bouncing the site regularly when it gets up to a certain memory usage.
