EPIC to HIS PCP physician

      Anyone dealing with the: EPIC is Patient Level,HIS is encounter level and having to keep ciritical info lik Primary Care physician in tune ?

      How have you dealt with this issue “policy-wise” event wise….ie carepath passes A31…but STAR needs A08…or STAR passes A08 on older Account with PCP from previous visit that doesnt match Carepath most recent Patient level PCP?
