Which is faster? Does it matter?
Why?
Keep in mind, the context of this question is with Cloverleaf in mind.
Server with 4 socket CPU’s and 1 core each.
Server with 2 socket CPU’s and 2 cores each.
?
This is for a Windows 2008 Server R2.
8 GB RAM.
Running Cloverleaf 5.8.4
2 sites
5 Processes each site
20 threads per process.
