Need to add OBX fields into OBR-2 fields

      Can anyone point me in the correct direction for doing this task?

      For the second OBR:

      1. OBR-26 should be OBX-3.1^OBX-4 (copy these fields from the OBX following the first OBR)

      2. OBR-29 should be OBR-3.1^OBR-4.1 (copy these fields from the first OBR)

      How do I copy these fields only into the second OBR segment?

          Robert,

          You can place a 1 in the appropriate location of the address path for the OBR replacement.

          The location will depend on your variant but will be the same location as the basis for your OBR ITERATE.

          The value of 1 indicates the second repetition (remember in the Xlate 0 (zero) is the first, 1 (one) the second, 2 (two) the third and so on.

            Thanks Jim,

            I was able to resolve this. At first I was trying a 2, but realized that it should be a 1.
