FileSetLocal..UPOC and advance scheduler

Hi Folks-

I have found that if thread is on a timer (using advance scheduler) and the protocol is fileset-local, when the process where this thread lives is bounced, the thread will try to pick up the file even though the schedule has not hit.  😡

This does not happen if you use a UPOC.  😕

Is this is a feature or a bug?

Using 5.6 on AIX.
