I can generate e-mail alerts just fine when I have only one recipient in the “To:” prompt of an alert (Alert Action = email) but when I try to enter multiple recipients separated by the “;” the alert does not generate an e-mail using the Cloverleaf e-mail generator.  Is there some trick to how you format multiple e-mail recipients in the “To:” field?

      Thanks.

          Hi Luke,

Try to use this way :

          “aaaa@test.fr,bbbb@test.com”

, to separate addresses and “” (double quote) to frame the list.

          Regards,

          Aurelien

I gave that a try but still only sends to the first entry in the list.  I guess I might have to use a distribution group.

Per a suggestion from the MyLawson support task I opened, I was able to get this to work by using just a comma to separate the user email addresses.  Evidently it has to do with what separator characters the email server is setup to recognize.

                Luke,

You need a space between two email addresses.

                www@email.com eee@email.com

                Thanks,

                Hyo-Chan
