      We are trying to setup a Global Monitor view for our Data Center.  But the Data Center access can’t see the Notes.  We’ve added Notes to our threads in Cloverleaf, that have URL links and we are able to view them in Global Monitor if we use a pc that has the Cloverleaf client loaded.  We aren’t planning on giving the Data Center the Cloverleaf client.  Any ideas on how to make their http:// access work to display the Notes?

          Greetings,

          Not sure what version of GMX you are running here..

          We will be enabling GMX 5.0.1 (Base 5.0 and revision 1) into production and the thread notes display fine.  Nothing special in the configuration.

          Obvious question:  do you have the Notes widget available in your version and just did not drag it into the active display window for the view during configuration of the view(s)?

          Otherwise I would point you to Lawson support.

            We are using 5.0.1 also.  Adding the Notes widget to their access/view was the trick.  Thanks!
