      Does anyone have a document from Lawson explaining how they guarentee message delivery?  The subject has come up in an upper level discussion at our organization.  I will be able to fumble my way through an explaination about the recovery database, HL7 ACK’s and TCIP/IP but I’d rather have an official explaination from Cloverleaf of some sort.  Does anybody have anything like that they’d be willing to share?

          I think your account exec might be a good resource for a 30K-foot glossy brochure explanation or white paper.  Our guy has a pretty good turn around on questions like this — same or one day.
