In 5.8 there appears to be a -w (Grep) option to the hcitpstest command.  I can’t find any documentation on it.

Does anyone know what it does?

      sample command using -w:

      hcitpstest -r run -x ASCII -L -f nl -S -c sms_ib_data -w foobar -e “hcitpstestshowbydisp ” /quovadx/cis5.8/integrator/phqaadt2/user/stepri1/cmpi/qa/labresult_multiobrtest.dat “qa_getResults {DEBUG 1}”

      thanks,

      Steve

run hcitpstest from command line with no args and you get help string

-w searchExp     = only the lines of output matched search expression are printed out.
