No response within timeout — assuming process is hung

Occational during testing i want to resend a large smat file of HL7 messages. If i try to send to many messages ill see an error

Command Status: 75

Command error

No response within timeout — Assuming process is hung!

exiting

temp file deleted..

Is there something i can change somewhere to increase the number of messages resent using the smat tool??

  I know this isn’t answering your question. I just want to add that you need to be careful with that error message. From the error message you would think that your messages didn’t get sent when they actually did. The error must just mean that the gui process times out but the back end jobs are still running? I had a new programmer on my team that accidentally sent the messages twice because he interpreted that message to mean that the messages were not sent. I know this was an issue on 5.4 but am not sure if it still happens with the newer releases.

  Have seen this occur on 5.2, 5.3, & 5.7, have always brought the system down and ran a cleanup. Good to know that they will actually process through. Thanks.
