      For those of you that are on AIX 6.1 what do you have set for the minperm and maxperm when you run vmstat -v.  There was nothing defined in the install docs for AIX so our admins left it at the defaults of 3 and 80 which is using up half of our memory.  With 96 Sites we are running out of memory on a 32gb system!  On our HP our buffer cache was no where near as big and we did fine with 16 gb so I don’t know what there problem is in lowering the value based on vmstat statistics but….

      So, if I could get some bench marks from those that have been running for a while that would be great.
