No output from automatic resend

I’ve been testing the autoresend capability.

I don’t see any noise in the process log like I do with the recovery procs.

  One thing I also noticed was in the SMAT…
  
  Using the old recover_33 procs, resends would have the OUTBOUND thread name as the “Sending Host:”, where as normally processed messages would have the INBOUND thread name.
