Scripts on routes startup/shutdown doesnt run

Unless i’m testing incorrectly, it doesn’t appear that the startup and shutdown sections run if the tcl proc is placed on the route.

1. Can anybody confirm this?

2. Is there a way to get it to run these sections when the thread its defined in is startup/shutdown?

  That is how it is supposed to work. If you need startup for those procs lokk under the process tab. There is a checkbox,
  
  Remember these procs belong to the Xlate thread and usually no need for startup.
