      Hi,

      One of our ADT messages coming inbound to CCG received the error “Internal failure: unable to read msg data chain (500)” and subsequently an engine panic.  Any idea what this means?  I have not seen this before.

          This seems to imply that something in the recovery DB got corrupted.  I would recommend contacting Support to have them walk you through trying to rebuild the recovery database; you may ultimately have to re-initialize the database.

            Thanks, that’s what I figured and ran the clean up script to resolve.

            Just wondered what that message specifically means.
