CL 5.8.1 HostServer Issues

On Aix 6.1 we are having an issue with the HostServer eating up 95%+ of our CPU and here is the weird thing… hciss does not even see it running.  I have to Kill it using ‘kill -9 ‘.  The Log file for the server looks correct…

Does anyone have have any ideas as to how to get the Host Server to start working correctly.  I have killed the host server so many times that I can not count.  

It even creates the listener…

tcp        0      0  *.13019                *.*                    LISTEN

Anyone with any thoughts?
