My server Admin reports in the 5.8 documentation that you need an ODBC license. Is this required?
If you are on Windows, you can use the imbedded MS-odbc otherwise to do ODBC on a UNIX platform you will need to license the ODBC Drivers.

Thanks for the response, I guess it reads if your are installing ODBC you need a license. We are not so we do not need to. Thanks
Jim:
Just to clarify:
On Windows you can use the native drivers but must still license the Tcl API Extentions for ODBC
On Unix you license both the extensions and the drivers.
In either case, to do ODBC within Cloverleaf you need a license. One for Windows, two for Unix
Charlie,
Thanks for the clarification. I was not aware of the Tcl API license requirement for Windows.
