Unable to navigate folders to select data file in CL 5.7

We just installed CL 5.7 on AIX 5.3, when we use the test tool we are unable to choose a file to test with. After we select the open file button on the right the default folder is blank and we are not able to navigate though to select our test file. We must manually type in the folder path and file if we know it.
