We are upgrading from QDX5.6 to QDX5.8. I’m trying to perform a site migration on two sites. I’m unable to successfully complete a hcixltconvert or mktclindex on the new sites because I’m getting an error as follows when I run either command: Code:
/opt/quovadx/cis5.8/integrator/bin/hcitcl: error while loading shared libraries: libidn.so.11: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Here is the complete log of my migration process:
Code:
[hci@foofootest ~]$ whoami
hci
[hci@foofootest ~]$ setroot /opt/quovadx/cis5.8/integrator
[hci@foofootest ~]$ showroot
HCI root is /opt/quovadx/cis5.8/integrator
HCI site is summit_health
[hci@foofootest ~]$ hcirootcopy /home/hci/Desktop/QDXBK/sitesCopy site summit2 [y]? y
Site already exists. Do you wish to continue? [y]? y
Could not open /home/hci/Desktop/QDXBK/sites/summit2/siteInfo at /opt/quovadx/cis5.8/integrator/bin/hcirootcopy line 266,line 2.
[hci@foofootest ~]$ hcirootcopy /home/hci/Desktop/QDXBK/sitesCopy site summit2 [y]? y
