Has anybody done any development of any “home-grown” systems for their organization? I don’t mean that you created an Access data base with some reporting, but rather, a system that was generated out of a need, and either costs or failure to find exactly what you wanted precipitated the need to write your own system. I am not concerned with how big or how small it is, but if you can just give me an idea and maybe a small synopsis of what the system is designed to do, regardless of how specialized the need was.
