Cloverleaf 5.7 Alert not firing

I’m running Cloverleaf 5.7, Rev 1 on AIX 5.2

I upgraded a few months ago and have determined that the alert trigger if a new message goes to the error database is not firing.

I see a new error in the errordb but no Alert has triggered.

Any thoughts?  Is there a size limit on the SOURCE?
