Enhancement Long Description:

It would be nice to be able to call external xlate routines from within an xlate ie an external xlate routine to handle all PID field mappings

These external routines would be configured separately and included at run time

So for example if the structure of PID changed the config would only need to be changed in one place and would be used by all xlates that called the subroutine
