De-identifying patient data in HL7 messages

Hello, we have a need to de-identify some production HL7 msgs so that they can be played into a test system for volume testing purposes.  Does anyone have any code (TCL proc/s) or anything in place already to do something like this?  I see there are products out there that can handle this (ex. HL7Spy), however I was hoping for a TCL or at least a “free” solution out there?  🙂
