Error in Log when pulling in file via FTP

I have setup a thread that looks for a file to be placed in a folder on an outside vendor’s server. The interface does pull the file and deletes it from the server however when it gets to the engine it errors out and is not routed to the appropriate destination. I have attached the error message along with the FTP settings and the file that I am trying to read in to the engine. I have a similar FTP setup for another interface that looks at a folder on our network and transmits the file to a folder on the vendor’s server.
