CL 5.6 CDA Schema – error?

All,

I am attempting to match the HL/7 provided CCD example using the Cloverleaf(R) provided CDA schemas.

I am doing pretty well until I get to the ‘Advadnced Directives’ Section (which is in the ClinicalDocument/component/structuredBody/component/section/entry/observation tree). At this point the CCD sample is populating the ‘value’ nodewith its appropriate tags. However in the Cloverleaf(R) provided schema at that point I see the vlaue tree but it is empty. There are no tags to be populated.

I have looked and looked and every instance I see where I think I could be in the schema (just in case I am at the wrong node), I see the value node defined the same way.

Am I definitely ‘barking up the wrong tree’ or is there a definition error with the schema?

Does anyone have any insight?
