I have noticed something odd. When I display the status of a thread, the Last Rd & Last Wt times are 1 hour off. It is though the engine has changed for Daylight Savings Time already. I have verified the server (Windows 2003) is set to the correct time.

Is there something in the engine I need to reset?

          Bevan,

You probably need to apply the DST update to the java on your client.

I installed the tzupdater on the client and rebooted. Still getting the wrong time.

              Bevan,

I recall discussions about this year as well .

I think it depends on the version of Cloverleaf whether tzupdater will correct

              this issue.

You need to make sure you are patching the JVM that the Cloverleaf client uses; you probably patched your “system” JVM.  Contact support for details.

Since congress has been moving the traditional time changes around we’ve been seeing this for a while with past time changes and just ignore because it corrects itself once the time really changes which is soon.

If you can tolerate waiting until the time change actually happens then you may find the problem has fixed itself.

That is pretty much what I was doing. We are currently on 5.4.1 but hope to update to 5.7 next year.

It is not really a hinderance, I just have to remember to adjust the time if someone asks me when a message went through.

Thanks for all the help on this!!

I just had someone call me about the time issue we are discussing and discovered that the Cloverleaf 5.2 IDE is off by one hour and the Cloverleaf 5.6 IDE running on the same desktop PC is correct so looks like you will also have something to look forward to when you upgrade cloverleaf.
