      Hi

I made a change to the route message but the change does not occur when a new patient comes across.  What I have done in the pass on the test site was to cycle my threads and my process and then the change will reflect.  We are not in production do I have to do this in order for the change to occur.

Thanks in advance for all the help

      Yamil

I believe you do have to cycle the process for the change to take affect.  Usually what I do is to stop the process of the thread I am working on, make  and save my changes in netconfig, then start the process and threads back up.

I have encounter issues in the past with saving my changes in netconfig with the process still running.  This would cause issues with the vista db file.

          Hope this helps!

You could just stop the inbound thread to which the routes are attached and then start it again.

Howver you must cause the engine to reload the route properties and eithr the method above or stopping/starting the process will work.

It does not matter whether this is production or test – Cloverleaf does not know the difference.

Wouldn’t work Jim.  The routes belong to the Xlate thread

                Charlie,

Thanks for the correction – maybe it will finally sink in.
