variable names for the Alert Types

I’m trying to setup alerts but the documentation only shows the variable name for one of the alert types:

%A is for DISK% FULL

What are the variables for the other ones such as:

thread status

engine status

thread held

etc….

  The %A variable is for the alert message and the %F variable is for the alert file. According to Cloverleaf, these are the only two defined variables.

  If you want to get after the other data, you need to script it. To get the thread name, you need to pass %A to your script and then parse it. Good luck.

  PS. Great enhancment request would be to ask for additional information passed to the programmer when an alert fires…
