Delete a process

Is there a command to delete a process?

After some cleanup I have a couple processes that are “empty”.

Rather than going out to the process directory and do a recursive remove and then remove the directory itself?

  Are you referring to the process directory?
  
  If so, this is how I do it: rm -rf $HCISITEDIR/exec/processes/
