We have upgraded from 5.2 to 5.6, and are testing now.

But we have found an unusual problem:

When a thread has a protocol of pdl-tcpip, the Properties box can not be opened.  With all other protocols, the Properties will open.

      Any help would be appreciated.

We have two environments.  One doesn’t have this problem either.  We don’t know what has caused this.

We saw this problem when the Rev1 patch had not been completely installed on our AIX server (i.e. client was on 5.6 Rev1, server was on 5.6 Rev0).  The patching process was complicated by the fact that AIX did not use the updated RAIMA database on Rev 0.  Many of the files the patch expected to back-up did not exist.  We needed to apply the Rev1 patch a second time in order to get it to finish correctly.  Watch the list of updated files at the end of the Rev1 patch process to make sure it matches the list of files backed up at the beginning of the patch process.

                thank you Mark.

We also found out from Healthvision support, that we probably did not install Rev patch 2 on our Host (we thought we did, but maybe not).

Anyway, thanks for the information.  We will verify, Rev 1 and Rev 2.
