      We have had one of our sites go into a panic twice in the last 5 days. When we checked the error logs to look for the error. The only message their states “Unable to find MDC segment”.  And the other error states “Unable to find PD1 segent.” We have looked and cant find either of these anywhere in any documents that would be erroring out. Any body have any ideas.

          Kevin,

          What version of Cloverleaf and OS are you running?  Did this happen shortly after performing a ‘purge cache’?  I believe there is an issue with the ‘purge cache’ that sometimes causes a process to panic.

            i dont believe the caches were purged. we are running 5.4.1 on linux box
