Error Using HCICONNSTATUS in 5.4.1 on AIX

I get this error using the version of hciconnstatus that came with 5.4.1.

If I stop all processes, kill daemons, hcidbinint -AC, restart daemons, hciconnstatus works correctly, until I’ve started more than half the threads, then it ceases to work.  It also works correctly on other smaller sites, on same server.
