Xlate issue after cloverleaf 3.7.1 to 5.5 conversion

We have upgraded from Cloverleaf 3.7.1 to 5.5 recently and I have noticed that my translations are now showing the wrong HL7 variant on most of my inbounds. Translations that had HL7 v2.2 in and HL7 v2.3 out now have HL7 v2.3 in. Has anyone else experienced anything quirky after converting to 5.5? Thanks in advance.
